Sanding & refinishing
Bring your hardwood floors back to life
Scratched, dull or faded hardwood doesn't need replacing. We sand down to fresh wood, repair problem spots and apply a new stain and protective finish that looks like new.

Common questions
How often can hardwood be refinished?
Solid hardwood can be refinished many times over its life; engineered hardwood depends on its wear layer.
How long before we can walk on the floors?
Usually within 24 hours in socks, with furniture back after a few days. We give you exact timing for your finish.
Can you change the color of my floors?
Yes. Sanding takes the floor back to bare wood so we can apply a new stain.
