16th Enterprises: Flooring and Remodeling Done With Care
16th Enterprises is a Maryland flooring and remodeling company that has been serving homeowners since 2019. We install hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, tile, laminate, and carpet, and we also refinish and repair existing floors and take on bathroom remodeling.
Our approach is simple: show up when we say we will, explain your options clearly, and leave your space clean and ready to enjoy. We are licensed and insured, and every estimate is free and in writing.
How we work
Every project starts with a free in-home estimate. We measure the space, look at the subfloor, bring samples, and talk through the choices that fit your home, your budget, and your timeline.
From there we handle removal, prep, installation, trim, and cleanup. If a project calls for related work, such as floor repair, refinishing, or a bathroom update, we can take care of that too, so you are not coordinating several contractors.
We serve homeowners across Montgomery, Howard, Prince George's, Anne Arundel, Frederick, and Baltimore counties. See our service areas page for the cities we cover, or request a free estimate to get started.
