Floor Demolition & Prep from a local, licensed team
The best new floor starts with a clean, flat, solid base. 16th Enterprises removes old flooring, hauls it away, and levels or repairs the subfloor across Maryland, so new material goes down right the first time.
Comparing options? Our flooring installation and floor repair pages cover how those choices stack up, and we're glad to talk through the tradeoffs for your home.
